SESSIONS
You will have a session for us to discuss what you would like help with and see if counselling is the right option for you. If you decide counselling could be helpful we will undertake 6 initial sessions as an introductory period and then have a review session. At this review we will explore and decide if it is appropriate to continue to work together.
Adult sessions last for 50 mins, at a cost of £50 each.
Children sessions last for 40 mins at a cost of £50 each.
